The Home Page is a kind of newsdesk displaying important, current information about the system and your service requests and messages.

Administrators Online — Lists the administrators who are currently logged into SysAid.

Help Desk — Tells how many active service requests are currently assigned to you. To go directly to your service requests, click the number.

Last Messages — Shows the most recent SysAid instant messages sent to you. To reply quickly to any message, click the sender’s name. You can also click on the Last Messages banner to see the list of recent messages.

System — Shows how many assets (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) your SysAid network contains and how many groups (including subgroups) they occupy. For your convenience, assets you recently accessed are also listed, and you can click on any one to retrieve it.
